Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the JomCamping app and its services. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Account Registration and Usage
a. To use the JomCamping app, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account.
Campsite Listings and Bookings
a. JomCamping provides a platform for campsite owners to list their campsites, and for campers to browse and make bookings.
b. Campsite owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including availability, pricing, and any specific terms and conditions.
c. Campers should carefully review campsite details, availability, and booking terms before making a reservation.
Manual Payment Option
a. JomCamping supports manual payment methods where campers can directly make payments to the campsite owner, outside of the app.
b. Campers are responsible for coordinating the payment details and ensuring that payments are made according to the campsite owner's instructions.
c. JomCamping is not involved in the manual payment process and bears no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from manual payments.
Payment Gateway Option
a. JomCamping offers a payment gateway within the app for campers to make secure and convenient payments.
b. By selecting the payment gateway option, campers authorize JomCamping to process the payment on their behalf for the specified booking amount.
c. The payment gateway uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect payment information during transmission.
d. Campers understand and accept that JomCamping will share payment details with third-party payment service providers as necessary to facilitate the payment transaction.
Cancellations and Refunds
a. Campers should review the campsite owner's cancellation policy before making a booking.
b. Any cancellations or refunds will be subject to the campsite owner's specific terms and conditions.
c. JomCamping is not responsible for refund processing or any disputes related to cancellations or refunds.
App Updates and Availability
a. JomCamping may release updates, enhancements, or modifications to the app to improve its functionality and user experience.
b. JomCamping does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and shall not be held liable for any disruptions or technical issues beyond its control.
Intellectual Property
a. The JomCamping app and its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are the property of JomCamping and its licensors.
b. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any app content without explicit permission from JomCamping.
Limitation of Liability
a. JomCamping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or its services.
b. JomCamping's total liability, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
a. JomCamping reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app.

For Campsite Owners
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the JomCamping app as a campsite owner. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Campsite Listing and Availability
a. By listing your campsite on JomCamping, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the campsite.
b. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your campsite, including availability, pricing, and amenities.
c. JomCamping reserves the right to verify the information provided and remove or modify listings that do not meet the app's standards or violate any applicable laws.
2. Booking Confirmation and Communication
a. When a camper makes a booking request, you should respond promptly to confirm or decline the reservation based on the availability of your campsite.
b. Timely communication with campers is crucial to ensure a smooth booking process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
3. Monthly Subscription
a. As a campsite owner, you are required to subscribe to a monthly plan offered by JomCamping to continue using the app's services.
b. The subscription fee will be communicated to you separately, and payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
c. Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the app and its features.
4. Manual Payment Option
a. JomCamping supports manual payment, where campers can directly make payments to you outside of the app.
b. As a campsite owner, you are responsible for coordinating payment details with campers and ensuring that payments are received according to your specified instructions.
c. JomCamping is not involved in the manual payment process and bears no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from manual payments.
5. Payment Gateway
a. JomCamping provides a secure payment gateway feature that allows campers to make online payments for their bookings.
b. When using the payment gateway, campers authorize JomCamping to process payments on your behalf for the specified amount.
c. Settlement requests can be made within the app by the campsite owner.
d. The settlement process will be initiated by JomCamping, and funds will be transferred to your designated account within T+7 (transaction date plus seven days) after the settlement request.
6. Customer Service and Support
a. You should strive to provide excellent customer service to campers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
b. JomCamping may provide assistance and support for technical issues related to the app but is not responsible for resolving campsite-specific matters.
7. Cancellation Policy
a. You should have a clear and fair cancellation policy that outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying a booking.
b. Any refunds or cancellations should be handled in accordance with your stated policy, and campers should be informed of any applicable charges or conditions.
